The Quality Assurance Division presented a workshop on how to fill out employee performance evaluation forms, aiming to standardize annual evaluation procedures and enhance their accuracy. The workshop included a brief explanation of the approved evaluation criteria and how to document activities and achievements, in addition to clarifying common errors when filling out the forms and how to correct them. Procedures that ensure the objectivity of the evaluation and its alignment with approved standards were also reviewed.
The workshop included a presentation of common errors made by employees when filling out the forms, along with practical solutions to ensure the accuracy and objectivity of the evaluation. The mechanism for documenting annual activities and achievements was explained to ensure they are accurately reflected in performance scores.
At the end of the workshop, a discussion session was held to answer participants’ questions and clarify points related to the credibility and fairness of the evaluation, as well as to emphasize the role of the Quality Assurance Division in monitoring the evaluation procedures.
