The Pharmacy Department was established in 2018. Previously affiliated with the Kirkuk Technical Institute, it later joined the Kirkuk Medical Technical Institute (part of the Northern Technical University).
The department awards a technical diploma in pharmacy.
Its establishment was in response to the community’s need for specialized technical personnel in pharmaceutical services and the pharmaceutical industry.
