Program Aim – Pharmacy

The overall objective of the program is to prepare competent mid-level pharmaceutical technicians capable of:

Working in the pharmaceutical and pharmacy field under the supervision of a pharmacist.

Contributing to the pharmaceutical and chemical industries in both the public and private sectors.
Working in pharmacies, reading prescriptions, and preparing and dispensing medications.

Managing warehouses and stores, including storage, classification, and organization according to quality standards.

Learning outcomes related to the objective:
Knowledge: Understanding the fundamentals of medical and pharmaceutical sciences, such as anatomy, physiology, microbiology, and pharmacology.
Skills: The ability to prepare and dispense medications, verify prescriptions, accurately perform pharmaceutical calculations, and operate modern equipment and technologies.
