A Workshop on Design Thinking to Enhance Project Management Skills at the Kirkuk Medical Technical Institute
Under the patronage of the President of the Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and the supervision of the Dean of the Kirkuk Medical Technical Institute, Assistant Professor Dr. Lizan Medhat Mohammed, the Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up Unit, in cooperation with the Kirkuk Martyrs Directorate, organized a workshop entitled “Design Thinking for Solving Work Challenges and Managing Projects.”
The workshop was presented by Dr. Samah Sabah Abdullah and Ms. Nibras Jassim Hammadi.
The workshop addressed the concept of design thinking as a modern methodology that contributes to innovative solutions, developing the work environment, and enhancing analytical, creative, teamwork, and project management skills. It also reviewed the stages of its application through practical examples and interactive discussions.
At the conclusion of the workshop, the Rehabilitation, Employment and Follow-up Unit affirmed its commitment to continuing to organize training activities that contribute to developing the skills of students and affiliates, in line with the requirements of the labor market, expressing its gratitude to the two lecturers and all participants for their interaction and contribution to the success of the workshop.
