The Department of Nursing Technology Organizes an Advanced First Aid Training Course for Nursing Students
Under the patronage of the President of the Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Al-Attar, and the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Lizan Medhat Mohammed, Dean of the Medical Technical Institute/Kirkuk, the Department of Nursing Technology organized a training course entitled “Advanced First Aid for Nursing Students” in Nursing Hall No. 5.
The course was presented by:

* Lecturer Muntaha Mazhar Abbas
* Lecturer Mona Jabbar Jaloub
The course covered several important topics, including the principles of first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and managing cases of choking, bleeding, fractures, burns, and poisoning, in addition to practical applications to develop students’ skills in handling emergency situations.
The course aimed to develop the scientific and practical skills of nursing students and enhance their ability to respond quickly to emergencies, thus contributing to the preparation of qualified nursing staff capable of providing efficient healthcare.
