The Technical Medical Institute – Kirkuk Holds Its 16th Council Meeting
The 16th session of the Institute Council was held at the Technical Medical Institute – Kirkuk, chaired by Assistant Professor Dr. Lezan Medhat Mohammed, the Dean of the Institute, and attended by all council members.

The council emphasized the urgency of fulfilling all requirements and standards for program accreditation, aiming to ensure academic quality and elevate the scientific level of educational programs. -
Adherence to Examination Regulations in Classrooms
The importance of strictly applying examination regulations within classrooms was stressed, along with creating a suitable environment to ensure smooth and fair exam procedures. -
Commitment to the Official Uniform
The council discussed the necessity for students in both morning and evening classes to adhere to the official uniform, recognizing its positive impact on promoting discipline and institutional identity. -
Punctuality of Examination Invigilators
The council underscored the need for faculty and technical staff assigned to invigilation duties to adhere strictly to exam schedules and to be present well before exams begin to ensure full preparedness. -
Encouraging Newly Appointed Postgraduates to Publish Research
Newly appointed staff members holding postgraduate degrees were encouraged to intensify their efforts in scientific research and to publish their work in reputable journals. This initiative aims to support academic progress and enhance the university’s academic ranking.
The session concluded with an agreement to closely follow up on the implementation of the adopted recommendations and decisions, and to continue working collaboratively to achieve the institute’s academic goals and aspirations.
