Registration, admission and graduation requirements

Registration Requirements

  1. The student is admitted to the department through the Ministry and a ministerial order is issued with the names of students based on their grades.

  2. The names of the students are sent to the accepted department by the main registration office / Department of Registration and Student Affairs, in paper form + CD.

  3. An admission committee is formed in the department to register the accepted students.

  4. The student is required by the relevant department employee to provide the following documents:
    a. Original school certificate
    b. School ID
    c. Student’s medical examination
    d. Student’s identification documents (Civil ID + Nationality Certificate + Residence Card + Ration Card), 4 colored copies
    e. Parent’s documents (father and mother) / (Civil ID + Mother’s Nationality Certificate)
    f. A copy of all documents on a CD
    g. Written student pledge
    h. Filling out the electronic record form
    i. Direct connection receipt
    j. Execution of the financial guarantor contract

  5. The student’s specialization (branch) is determined by the Ministry, and then an administrative order is issued for acceptance.


If the student is accepted through the top students’ channel:
a. Ministerial order of acceptance
b. Correspondence with the transferring university to retrieve the student’s file and provide first-year grades and final average
c. Administrative order for admission to the department based on the ministerial order
d. University order for admission to the university
e. After receiving the student’s file and grades from the transferring university, a verification request is sent to the main registration office to confirm the validity of the documents received


Graduation Requirements:

  • Preparation of the graduate card, where a committee is formed to print the graduate card, which also verifies and follows up the administrative requirements with the university’s main registration department.

  • The card is thermally laminated after completing all required signatures.

  • Once the graduate card is ready, graduation documents can be issued, including:

    • Non-graded documents (Arabic)

    • Non-graded documents (English)

    • Graded documents (Arabic)

    • Graded documents (English)

    • Graduation wall certificate


  • A special information form is distributed to second-year students including full name, year, specialization, phone number, and email address for communication and registration purposes, including contacting students when needed.

  • After final results are announced, an administrative order is issued with the results and sent to the main university registration office to issue the university graduation order, enabling the issuance of graduation documents.

Note: The student is given a clearance form before the announcement of final results.
