Registration, Admission and Graduation Requirements
Registration Requirements
1- The student is accepted into the department through the Ministry and a ministerial order is issued with the names of the students according to the average. 2- The names of the students come through the main registration / Registration and Student Affairs Department in paper form + CD to the department in which the student is accepted. 3- An admission committee is formed in the department for the purpose of registering the accepted students. 4- The student is requested by the employee in charge of the department for the following documents:
A. Original school document
b. School card.
C. Medical examination of the student.
D. Student’s supporting documents (ID card + nationality certificate + residence card + food ration card) 4 color copies.
E. Documents of the father and mother / (civil status ID + nationality certificate for the mother).
F. A copy of all documents on a CD.
G. Writing a pledge for the student
H. Fill out the electronic record form.
I. getting a receipt
J. Guarantee procedure.
5 5The branch is determined by the Ministry, and then an administrative order of acceptance is issued.
If the student is accepted through the Top Students Channel
A- Ministerial order to accept it.
B- Contacting the university from which the student was transferred to withdraw the student’s file and provide him with the grades for the first stage and the final average.
C- An administrative order to accept him into the department based on the ministerial order.
D- A university order accepting him into the university.
E- After receiving the student’s file from the university from which he was transferred and the grades, the main registration is contacted for the purpose of verifying the issuance of the letter received from the university.
Graduation Requirements
Preparing the graduate card for the student, where a committee is formed to print the graduate card, which in turn prints and checks the card and follows up on its administrative matters in the main registration department at the university, then the card is thermally pressed after completing all its signatures. After preparing the graduate card, we can issue documents for graduates, whether they are documents without grades in Arabic, documents without grades in English, documents with grades in Arabic, documents with grades in English, in addition to the mural
Distributing an information form for second-year students, including their full name, stage, branch, phone number, and email, for the purpose of communicating with students and for purposes related to registration, including contacting students when needed.
After the final results appear, an administrative order book is issued with the results and sent to the main registration department at the university for the purpose of issuing a university order for graduation, to begin issuing graduation documents for graduates.
Note: The student will be given a clearance form before the final results appear.
